Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Promotion and Sponsor
The Teacher Classroom Air Purifier Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Quality Plumbing & Mechanical, LLC, doing business as Quality (“Sponsor”). The Promotion begins on August 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”). All times are measured in Eastern Time (ET).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who reside within Sponsor’s service area. A nominated teacher must be currently employed as a teacher at a public, private, charter, parochial, preschool, daycare, homeschool program, college, university, trade school, or other educational institution located within Sponsor’s service area. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of age, residence, employment, and school location. Employees of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible person may submit one nomination through Sponsor’s official entry method at https://www.quality-pm.com/teacher-appreciation. Limit one nomination per person for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple people may nominate the same teacher. Duplicate entries submitted by the same person, incomplete entries, automated entries, or entries containing false or misleading information may be disqualified.
4. Entry Content
The nominator must provide the information requested on the entry form, which may include the nominator’s contact information, the teacher’s name, school, and nomination story. Entries must be truthful, appropriate, and must not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights. Sponsor may remove or disqualify content it reasonably considers offensive, unlawful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Promotion.
5. Random Drawing and Odds
After the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible nominations received for that company. One winning teacher will be selected per participating company. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible nominations received by that Sponsor.
6. Prize
The winning teacher will receive one ActivePure™ Surface & Air Guardian Purifier, or a comparable replacement model if the advertised model is unavailable. Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.00 USD. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when reasonably necessary. Any taxes or incidental costs not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected teacher using the contact information available through the nomination. The selected teacher may be required to confirm eligibility, accept the prize, obtain school or district approval, and sign an eligibility, liability, and publicity release where permitted by law. If the selected teacher cannot be reached, does not respond within seven (7) days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt, declines the prize, lacks required approval, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
8. Delivery
Sponsor will deliver the purifier to the winning teacher’s school or another mutually agreed location within Sponsor’s service area. Delivery timing is subject to product availability, school access, and school or district approval. The prize is provided as a portable unit; no installation services are included unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.
9. Publicity
Where permitted by law, the winning teacher grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use the teacher’s name, school name, city, likeness, photograph, video, voice, nomination story, and prize-related statements in social media announcements, websites, advertising, public relations, and future marketing without additional compensation. Sponsor will follow applicable school and district policies. No student name, likeness, or personal information should be used without all required parent, guardian, school, and district permissions.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver the prize. Entrants should not submit sensitive student information.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, submits fraudulent information, or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or operation of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration, and winner selection are final.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant and winner releases Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants release those platforms from liability relating to the Promotion.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be handled in an appropriate court located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Winner Information
After the winner is confirmed, Sponsor may post the winner’s name and school on its website or social channels. Requests for winner information may be sent to qualitycares@quality-pm.com within thirty (30) days after the Promotion ends.

I certify that the information I submit is accurate and that I have not included sensitive student information. I understand that the nominated teacher and school may be contacted to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

Who may submit a nomination?

Yes. There is no automatic exclusion for prior winners unless a location-specific rule is added.
What does the winner receive?

Will the Sponsor install the purifier?
No. Sponsor will deliver the portable purifier to the school or another agreed location. School or district approval may be required.
Will the winner be announced publicly?
Yes, where permitted. Sponsor may announce the teacher’s name and school and may use approved photos, videos, or statements for social media and future marketing.
